Autocross: It has been an interesting season so far. With three events in the books, every class is unclear as to who will win. Both Stock and Street Prepared have as many as eight that could come through in the end. Sticky and race are totally open and modified has at least five showing potential. This could be the tightest season ever. Next event is the intermediate school on Saturday August 28 with autocross 4 the next day. The above picture is our VP Dave Burden in his limo and to the right is sponsor Terry Murphy III in his beautiful Solstice. Dave Girado’s efforts have paid off with sponsorship for all of the autocross events this year.

Planning for the annual rumble has started. It is time for you to think about putting together a team.

Drifting: We hosted a very successful drifting event in June. Twenty plus cars with lots of runs and lots of fun. We will host another event on Saturday August 14.

Hillclimb: We are preparing for our September 17-19 Mt. Ascutney hillclimb. Driving up hill fast is a lot of fun. Join us.

Open Positions: The following appointed positions are currently open: Club Newsletter Editor, Trophy Chairman, Council Representative, Alternate Council Representative, and Publicity Director. This is your club, it is what you make of it. Become involved and take an active role.
